What is a Reverse Career Fair you may be wondering? It’s an opportunity for jobseekers to engage in a less formal and less stressful environment with employers and recruiters who are actively seeking to hire military veterans and military spouses.
Round tables will provide an open setting and will foster dialogue. Employers and recruiters will approach the jobseekers sitting at each table to provide information about their organization’s culture, mission, available positions, and hiring pathways and discuss ways to get connected and get hired!
